This week, students from Class 1/2P made thank you cards for people around our school.

Today is Blessed Edmund Rice Day. Across the school, children took part in activities to celebrate the day and the mission of Edmund Rice, which was giving back to the community.

On Thursday 30th March St Gabriel's students participated in The Big Veggie Crunch! It was great to see so many students reaching for their veggies or trying something new.

Yesterday was Harmony Day - a day that celebrates diversity (something very close to our heart at St Gabriel's) and cultural respect for everyone who calls Australia home.

3/d have been learning about shapes and discovering all different kinds of 3D shapes in their environment.

Our morning tea stall, raising money for will go to Caritas Australia Project Compassion campaign.

We celebrated Shrove Tuesday with pancakes and milkshakes for recess and by raising money for charity.

On Thursday, Year 6 attending a Surf Swim day at Manly Beach. This was an amazing day, filled with different activities and the weather was just perfect.

Parents and carers from Mount Sion house brought in cakes and treats for a cupcake stall and the house captains and some house students managed the stall to raise money money for a cause.

The Primary students are studying our First Nations celebrations as part of their integrated unit. A few weeks ago they had an incursion and "the best day ever"!
